Balance of Payments: Goods - imports f.o.b (million US dollars): Goods - Exports f.o.b and Goods - Imports f.o.b are both measured on the “free-on –board” (f.o.b) basis - that is, by the value of the goods at the border of the exporting country; in case of imports, this excludes the cost of freight and insurance incurred beyond the border of the exporting country.
